Hackney Support Fund Eligibility Checker

You can enter your vehicle registration number into the checker at the end of this page to see if your vehicle is eligible for funding.

If any of your vehicle details are incorrect – or you think your vehicle should be eligible – please contact your Greater Manchester Licensing Authority.

Funding rounds

Several funding rounds have already taken place since the fund opened on 8 December 2025.

Applications are now being invited from:

  • Vehicle licensees operating single or multiple non-compliant vehicles (i.e. it is not Euro 4, or a higher euro standard, petrol vehicle, Euro 6 diesel vehicle or a Zero Emission Capable (ZEC) vehicle) registered with a Greater Manchester licensing authority on or before 1 October 2024.

Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
